All products are hand made and treated according to their purpose. Regular maintenance may be required for certain items.  

Our products are not dishwasher or microwave safe and should never be soaked in water or used as hot plates.

Cleaning Your Charcuterie Boards, Serving Trays and Cutting Boards:

Use a warm soapy wash rag and wipe down all sides of the board. Rinse the rag with clean warm water and wipe off any and all soap residue. Repeat as needed. (Treating all sides keeps the moisture level balanced and keeps the board from warping and cupping.) 

Wipe dry and prop the board up for air flow over night.

Sanitizing: If you need to sanitize due to raw meat or fish, mix a ratio of 4:1 water and white vinegar (4 parts water, 1 part white vinegar) and generously wipe down the board on all sides with the solution, let sit for 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with clean towel. Prop board up to complete drying.

Treating Your Boards: If you purchased a board that has been treated with oil we suggest you oil your board once a month or more depending on use. We recommend "Walrus Oil", which can be purchased on Amazon or at your local wood shop, but a high-quality food-safe mineral oil may also be used. Prior to treatment, ensure the board is clean and thoroughly dry. For treatment, rub down the board on all sides and leave on edge for 3-4 hours. Rub in any residual oil and let dry over night.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of item. Full refund of item only will be reimbursed. Item must be unused and returned in it's original packaging. Shipping not included.
